Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management tool, which will grant you total command over your electronic mail accounts and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with interface, you can set up a brand new email mailbox account in no time and administer its settings easily. Additionally, you can forward mails from one e-mailbox account to another, configure email filters, create autoresponder messages and defend your email accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your e-mail boxes against spam messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unsolicited electronic mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming electronic mail messages based on certain criteria specified by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can quickly create a mail filter for any of your email box accounts and set the mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mails from one e-mail box account to another, or even to a number of other email mailboxes. Just select the e-mailbox you would like to forward emails from, then choose the destination e-mailbox and select if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly configure the email client of your preference to access your e-mailboxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you would like to set up on your personal computer or handheld device and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mail box will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple mailboxes simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager will also enable you to easily create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
